Part 4
“This shot is a little harder and I don’t think we will
get through it with out mess-ups.” The director said. “Ready
then?” He added. “Yeah lets do this.” Joey said taking
his place.
As always a young man by the name of Joey
was at the gym, working out. Joey was a good jock and would often ask
to stay late. The janitors would leave and Joey would always lock up
when he was done. He would workout alone for hours, but not tonight
for out of the shadows the figure was watching. Studying him, waiting
to make her move on the unsuspecting man.
Joey, completely unaware of her just did as he always did. Then he stopped
at looked at the clock on the far wall that read 10:15p.m. He ran his
hand through his wet hair, then stopped what he was doing. He quickly
wrapped a towel around his neck and started for the locker room to change.
The figure waited for the perfect moment to make her move. When the
time was right she slowly moved amongst the shadows to a spot of which
to make her attack.
And as Joey passed her, and made his way into the locker room. She followed
him. Joey got undressed at got in the shower. He was standing there
letting the cool water flow over his body, when the lights went out.
Joey quickly grabbed a towel and wrapped it around him. He grabbed the
light switch and flicked it a few times but nothing happened. He looked
around the locker room was quite except the dripping of the shower.
He slowly made his way to his locker then slipped his pants on. That’s
when he heard the sound of foot steps come his way.
“Hello?” Joey said and it echoed through the locker room.
There was no answer so Joey figured he had been hearing things. So he
went back to what he was doing. Then he heard a clanging sound like
one some was beating on one of the lockers. Joey went around into the
open part of the locker room. He listened carefully until he knew where
the noise was coming from. Then he made his way down the rows of lockers,
looking around every corner to see if any one was there. When he was
sure he was about to the right locker bay then noise stopped and he
peered around the lockers, but saw nothing there.
He laughed to himself then turned to go back to his locker. He’d
only waked to few steps when he heard one of the showers turn on. He
found this to be very odd so he walked closer to the shower room. He
peeked inside. He saw the running water but the room appeared to be
empty. So he walked in and turned the knob so the water would stop.
“Hum, it must have been a ghost.” Joey said but as he was
about to turn and leave the tiny room something hit him hard in the
back of the head. And he passed out.
Suddenly Courtney slipped on the wet shower floor and
landed next to Joey. Joey opened his eyes when he heard the thud and
then started laughing. Courtney was laughing too. She got up and then
took a minute to collect her self before starting the shot again.
Some time passed but soon Joey came to. He
opened his eyes to see her standing over him like a shadow. She had
tied his hands to some pipes that were sticking out of the wall and
taped his mouth shut. He began to franticly try to get free. This made
her giggle. She placed one hand softly on his chin. Everything about
her scared Joey. He tried to yell for help but the taped muffled his
cries. She giggled again. Her giggle was soft and slow, kind of like
a little kid’s giggle. This scared Joey even more.
Who was this girl? Where did she come from? And what did she plan to
do? They’re the questions on Joey’s mind. He would soon
find out what she planned to do.
He fixed his eyes on the shining metal of the ax she held in her hand.
She placed one hand on Joey’s leg. She began to move it slowly
up and down it, rubbing it carefully.
This confused Joey. She smiled and moved the ax more into
his sight. She looked at the ax, then at Joey. Her brown eyes shined
from the blackness of the cloak. Who was this girl he had never seen
her before, but it was clear now what she intended to do. Joey began
once more to try and free himself. She giggled once more and got to
her feet.
Placing the ax in both hands. She raised it high above her head. Then
let it drop. The blade of the ax dug deep into the flesh of Joey’s
leg. Joey tried to scream in pain but again the tape muffled it. His
blood pored from the cut and ran down the floor into the drain. The
red blood mixes with the cool water that had gathered there and then
faded away.
She removed the ax from his leg and raised it again. For the first time
it did not go clear through. But with another drop it went clear through
removing his leg from his body. Pain shot up Joey, and this was too
much for him, so he passed out.
With Joey passed out the rest of her job was easy. So with in minutes
she had removed both of his legs. His blood ran down like a river. She
ran her hand through Joey’s wet brown hair. She smiled once more
for her work was not done. There was one more stop to be made. She sunk
out just as sly as she had sunk in. Leaving poor Joey unconscious and
bleeding on the floor.
“Very good you two.” The director said. “Joey
got up he was rather impressed with movie magic these days. But something
bothered him. “I don’t mean to be bather some but how are
we going to make it look like I don’t have legs?” Joey asked.
“Joey we can do anything now w days. And for the times we can’t
make it look like you don’t have legs we will use a computer to
do it.” The director explained. “Oh, okay.” Joey said
and then went over and sat down.
“Next shot we need Courtney, Justin, and Lance.” The director
said. The three of them took their places and they started taping.
Back at the hospital Lance had fallen fast
asleep while Justin lay wide awake in his bed. When suddenly the room
felt cold, making Justin shiver. A shiver first of cold then of fear.
She moved silently toward him. She giggled as he tried to make her out
in the dark. He knew all too well who she was. Justin wanted to scream,
scream as loud as he could, let everyone know she was here. But he could
not and she knew that. For it was her handy work that kept him quite.
He could only watch as she made her way toward him. He was frozen in
fear. He began to breathe heavy. He could feel his heart in his throat,
as she placed her hand at the foot of his bed, where she now stood.
Justin could not even mouth a word he was so shaken. Hadn’t she
done plenty? What was left of him to hurt? Justin just shook his head
in confusion.
“Leave him alone!” Lance said waking from his sleep. This
shocked her. She didn’t think he would be able to tell she was
here. “You’ve done plenty.” Lance said. She moved
closer to him sliding the call button, which JC had left in case of
any problems, off the table. Lance reached for it but was worried when
he could not find it. Lance was breathing heavy too now. She placed
one of her hands on his face, as she removed it, she left a smear of
blood on his cheek. Justin could only watch as she toyed with his new
friend.
Lance went to wipe it off with his hand, “What is this?”
He asked, feeling the most liquid on his cheek. He didn’t know
what it was but he could tell that it wasn’t water. She giggled
as Lance tried disparately to wipe it off. That’s when Justin
noticed she was dripping in blood. It covered her from head to toe.
How could so much blood come from one person? But it didn’t matter,
to think of what she had done to him.
“You won’t get away with this.” Lance said. She giggled
once more then turned to leave. “You will slip one of these days.”
Lance said, “Add Chris and JC well figure out who you are.”
Justin threw his cover over his head, he wished she would just leave.
He knew she had done something but he was so afraid of her he couldn’t
stand to be near her.
She walked up to him and grabbed the cover and tossing them to the floor.
She pulled Justin close to her. She looked him in the eyes and he stared
back at her, his whole body shaking in fear. Then she let go of the
poor-shaking boy. Even though Justin was 19, he seemed to be only 9
when she was around.
Seeing that her work was done here she left. Just as she had come. She
last stop had been made. With her gone Lance and Justin laid back down
but neither one would sleep much more tonight for fear she would return.
But there was nothing they could do only wait till morning to see her
third victim.
